Croydon Eats Out - Eat and meet! August's brunch club will return to the Coach House Café.

It is a bistro restaurant situated in the heart of the beautiful Coombe Wood. Weather permitting this gives us a good opportunity to walk offthe food in the surrounding countryside after the event - or just turn upfor a slap-up feed!

A selection of cooked breakfasts are available, as well as sandwiches, wraps and panini. Cakes are also on offer and if you're after something a bit more substantial then burgers and other main meals can be found on the menu - for a full list see the menu link at the bottom of the café's "Food & Drink" page.

The café is a bit further out from Central Croydon than usual locations for Brunch Club but is still in easy reach of public transport. Location information (including a map) can be found on the café's Contact Us page.

The number 3 tram (New Addington direction) can be taken from outside East Croydon station; if you get off at the Lloyd Park stop and carryon in the same direction the tram was going it's only a ten minute walk to Coombe Wood

The Croydon Brunch Club isheld on the 2nd weekend of every month.

It's an opportunity to meet others from in and around Croydon over a relaxed coffee or brunch, dished up by the great chef.

All are welcome to this informal and relaxed monthly gathering of the great and good of Croydon.

This is a social networking event and is not the place to pitch your business, dish out fliers orsign people up to services. Please contact organiser Ben if you would like to collaborate on something you feel is relevant to the group.

Croydon Eats Out - Eat and meet! The Dark Horse has been open for around just over a year in Selhurst. Run by the people (and cats)who used to run The Royal Standard it's been named Croydon's CAMRA's branch pub of the year for 2026, so wellworth a visit to check it out for ourselves.

It is well loved by a wide demographic in Croydon and it serves a wide choice of food to cater for them all, without having alist of dishes as long as your arm. Its wide selection of ales and craft beers attract the more selective drinkers and it has won awards for the best pub in Croydon and the title is rightly given!

Croydon Eats Out - Eat and meet! For those of you who want a nice relaxed drink and not necessarily a meal to accompany it, Croydon Eats Out brings you a regular opportunity to meet, drink and have a nibble - well, it has to involve some sort of eating!

When you arrive, please look out for the Meet Up sign or ask at the bar as we have booked an area. Whether you'd prefer to dive straight in to conversation with other CEO members or would like an introduction is entirely up to you, so look out for Fran who is your host. Ground rules: • This is a social networking event - This is the place to have a nice chat over a drink, meet new people and exchange ideas. If you're coming to sell or pitch your business, dish out flyers or business cards, this isn't the event for you. Likewise, this isn't a dating event either.

Croydon Eats Out - Eat and meet! Enish is a Nigerian restaurant and grill in South End's restaurant quarter that has been there fora few years now, but we have yet to visit. Spurred on by reports of tasty and authentic cuisine we thought it would be a good choice for our August dinner club.
